Europe homicide rates .5 to 8

And now if you want a real understanding of the causes of the problems of inner city residents –- and NO!!, inner city is NOT code for blacks or minorities---, then look at this: My interpretation of the information is that most, and probably a vast majority, of the problems of inner city residents was caused by rich white people in order to make money. Those problems continue, in large part, because of what I call the Victim industry and self appointed spokesmen for “minority” victims. These spokespeople make a good living exploiting “minorities” and yet no evidence supports the idea that these spokesmen have any hand in improving their lives in any way. I mean, if discrimination is such a serious and REAL problem then why do black immigrants from Africa fare so much better than native born native African-americans?

And NOW here is the information on the real causes and possible solutions http://www.dnusbaum.com/LeadBlack.html

Now lets look at the flip side. States with the highest homicide rates
